Who we are
RedBeard Association z.s. (RBA for short) is an independent, non-profit organization focused on the development and promotion of wargaming in the Czech Republic.
Our mission is to cultivate the gaming environment, organize professional tournaments and build bridges between communities across gaming systems.
Our goals:
- organisation of top gaming events and tournaments (e.g. RBA CUP)
- Supporting playing clubs, TOs and referees in regional and international activities
- connecting hobby players, professionals, coaches and creatives under one platform
- popularization of wargaming among the wider public through workshops, demonstrations and exhibitions
- creating a sustainable ecosystem for talent development and representation of the Czech Republic on the international stage

Who’s behind it:
Behind RedBeard Association z.s. are three dads from families who share a love of wargaming and a belief that a community can grow in a healthy, fair and respectful way.
We don’t just want to roll the dice. We want to create an environment where generations meet, experiences are shared, friendships are formed and where every player – whether rookie or veteran – feels like they belong.
The RBA is a way for us to give back to the community what it has given to us so many times – while offering a new standard of quality for tournament play and the hobby as a whole.
