A two-day team tournament in Warhammer 40,000.

RedBeard.fun and RBA z.s. cordially invite you to a two-day team tournament in Warhammer 40,000 –
RBA CUP 2025, one of the biggest wargaming events of the opening season in the Czech Republic.

Saturday-Sunday, 18-19 October 2025
🛡️ Tournament format:
- Team tournament – 5 players in a team
- Maximum capacity: 20 teams / 100 players
- 5 rounds (3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday)
- WTC format (pairing system, fractional restrictions, scoring)
- The complete tournament pack will be published separately
Catering
Professional catering will be provided on site by a food truck:
Žrawý Býk – fresh grill & street food
- Lunch will be available on Saturday and Sunday
- Choice of 3 meals (including vegetarian option)
- Meal voucher price: 250 CZK / 10 EUR for 1 day
- Sale of meal vouchers only on site at the organizers (we prefer payment by card)

Paint workshop & accompanying programme
The tournament will also include an open two-day miniature painting workshop,
which will be led by the organizers of the largest Czech miniature painting competition: the Crystal Contest.
What you can look forward to:
- Basic and advanced painting techniques (layering, edge highlighting, wet blending)
- Friendly atmosphere and individual approach
- Free thumbnails to paint on the spot – ideal for beginners
- Available to the public without having to register for the tournament
There will also be a Warhammer demo for the public, complete with themed lectures on the history, world and factions of Warhammer 40,000.
This part of the program is completely free and the general public is welcome – parents, hobbyists and passers-by.
Registration
Team registration is open at Best Coast Pairing
The list of registered teams and rosters will be published before the tournament.
Captains will receive payment information and tournament packet upon confirmation of registration.
Entry fee:
1 250 CZK / 50 EUR per player
